Trademark Assignment Agreement

This Trademark Assignment Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the ___ day of ________, 20, by and between:

1.2 Documentation. Assignor agrees to execute and deliver any documents and to perform any acts reasonably necessary to effectuate the assignment of the Trademark to Assignee, including the execution of documents required for recordation with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and any other applicable authorities.

2. CONSIDERATION
