Drafting of trademark license agreements
In order to use a certain trademark for products and services, you must obtain a license, i.e. a permission to use the trademark, from the trademark owner. The trademark owner grants you, i.e. the licensee, the rights to use the protected trademark for a certain fee. The licensor can restrict the license by requiring the licensee to offer only his original products or services. Often, however, the trademark owner also grants the licensee the right to offer non-similar products or services under his trademark in order to extend the good reputation of the trademark to other territories.
We draft suitable licence agreements with you and provide comprehensive advice.
