Attorney at law in the field of industrial property rights.

In an experienced team, you will work independently on challenging cases in the areas of unfair competition law, trademark law, design law and copyright law. These include trademark applications, prosecution before the DPMA and OHIM, defence of trademarks, administration of trademark portfolios, examination of the admissibility of advertising measures and prosecution of competition infringements, drafting of licensing agreements, registration and defence of designs, drafting of copyright agreements and prosecution of copyright infringements. It includes both extrajudicial and judicial activities. You should inform our clients about current developments in the legal areas via our website.

A later specialisation, also in another area of commercial law, is desired.

In addition to an above-average examination, you can prove that you are fluent in spoken and written English. Knowledge of another language is an advantage. You are personally distinguished by a high degree of resilience and independence and place high demands on your work. You should have at least two years of professional experience.
